Christine is a professionally trained and qualified Coach and her journey to success has been,  and still is an exciting one. A senior level director in an international hotel chain and then, after a career change (studying archaeology) she became a successful director at a major heritage site in the UK. Leadership and development lie at the centre of all she does and she demonstrates this in her role as past Chair of a Charitable organisation and serving trustee. Christine enjoys the rewards of coaching people of all age ranges and from all walks of life and applies a strengths based coaching approach to her sessions with you which, when aligned to your values, will enable you to achieve a balanced and happier life.

 Carl's career demonstrates knowledge and skills at senior executive level as a sales and marketing professional with over 20 years international experience at Director and VP level in the travel and transportation, retail, and utilities sectors. Carl is a specialist in relationship development, working in all the major global marketplaces including the USA, China, Latin America, South Africa and Russia. He has developed and led teams of sales and marketing professionals across the US, EU, EMEA and APAC. While he continues to provide business and strategic consultancy, his focus in 2020 is now directly on leveraging people development skills through mentoring of individuals and management teams. A specialist in relationship development and strategic planning and implementation he will mentor you to help you achieve your career and personal objectives.
